the SONG list: october

Nothing but FALL vibes and songs to WORK too // the music in 2016 just keeps getting better and better. the SONG list: october is here.

Waste a Moment by Kings of Leon // Every track off their upcoming LP is on FIRE. Ha. Ha. Get it?! If not…I’m still holding out hope they’ll headline Coachella or Lolla next year.

Not Above Love by AlunaGeorge // Full blast. That down beat. It’s INFECTIOUS POP MUSIC at its finest. Party ready. TY AlunaGeorge. Keep doing you. It’s brilliant.

False Alarm by The Weeknd // Different than anything off Beauty Behind the Madness, The Weekend could easily top the charts with this one. Throw in a lot of “HEY HEY HEY’s” and you’ll be grooving right along.

Lemonade by Skylar Grey // There’s a new lemonade stand. Sorry Beyoncé. Grey is back and better than ever. While she’s made the charts writing lyrics for artists like Rihanna, Eminem, and Dr. Dre, this time she’s back on her own.

Digital Age by Daniela Andrade // Within the first 10 seconds, I fell in love with this song. Trust me, you will too. “I like this digital age.”

Trainwreck by Banks // THE WHOLE ALBUM IS SO BRILLIANT. Banks has truly outdone herself with her sophomore LP. Heavier beats and that smooth production. With the track’s thumping bass, try not to groove to this one. I dare you.

Wolf by Skott // Snap those fingers along to this one. Dinosaurs on the single cover. Crystal clear vocals.

What If by Bibi Bourelly // Ever since seeing Bibi at Made In America, I haven’t gotten this song out of my head. Full on soul. Simple production that just works. She’s still my favorite artist to watch right now and all pure talent.

715 – CRΣΣKS by Bon Iver // I just want to set this song to a deer running through the forest. Weird. But you can FEEL this song. Soaring arcs of harmonious production.

Trouble by Natalia Kills // Natalia Kills (now the lead singer in Cruel Youth) is definitely Trouble, just google her. However, this underrated album is filled with nostalgia, raspy belts and lyrics that stick with you forever. The title track has it all.
